Todd
Rulon-Miller
Venture Partner
Todd brings over 40 years of enterprise selling expertise and executive management skills. He has advised over 35 start-ups and supported seven “exits” (IPOs and mergers) in various capacities from advisor to CRO and acting CEO.
Todd was one of the earliest senior sales managers at First Data, which was acquired by Fiserv (NYSE: FI) in 2019 for ~$22B. He previously worked closely with Founding CEO Jim Treybig at Tandem Computers, driving large account sales for a $1B+ public company. Steve Jobs also selected him to manage sales at NeXT Computers, and he worked directly with Steve through the acquisition by Apple in 1996 (Steve’s return!). He was the CEO of a few start-ups prior to being selected by Jim Clark and Marc Andreesen as the original Sales VP for Netscape, which grew ~$600M+ in revenue in 30 months, with Todd managing over 1,000 employees.
Todd graduated from Princeton. In his (few) “off hours,” he can be found deep in a river in Northern British Columbia, Canada hunting Steelhead.
